Hi team,
I asking on behalf of Osama Bin Shafiq, in continuation of his question .
Q1: for some unknown reason, the Apply Server Update window for ISX Central 6.3.0 does not display the current version of the installed software:
And another screenshot of the About window from ISX Central 6.3.0:
Q2: if, in the above Apply Server Update window, to Import the file nbcpkg.lst from the unpacked update file upgrade-7.0.0.284.zip, then nothing happens. I.e., this is similar to the situation when an update file for any reasons is not suitable for updating an already installed software. Why?
For example, as it should be, I will give another screenshot of the similar window Apply Server Update from the newly installed ISX Central 7.0.0:
and screenshot of the About window:
These two questions are interesting for me: can there be any special feature when updating ISX Central 6.3.0 -> 7.0.0? Or, nevertheless, it is a problem of an individually taken case? And Osama Bin Shafiq, unfortunately, will have to do a double job: i.e. perform a clean installation of ISX Central 6.3.0, then deploy the previously made full backup and only then perform ISX Central 6.3.0 -> 7.0.0 update?
Very thanks for the support.
