How can i take monitoring of ARAC1084 on laptop to check unit status and want to know about end of life cycles of its parts and compressors.

You would need to post on forums.apc.com, or contact your local technical support, to find out about end-of-life cycles of its parts and compressors.

Is the Uniflair already being monitored by StruxureWare Data Center Expert?  If it is, you should be able to view information within StruxureWare DCE on the unit by viewing its alarm history and device sensors.

If the Uniflair has a web interface, you should be able to access the device to view alarms and status from there.
