Hello Team
we have configured two Galaxy UPSs with DCE ver. 7.5, We are getting attached error " ups off and waiting for the power cleared" in the DCE software but no error on the ups even we cannot view this sensor under view sensors of UPS. can you please let me know how to remove this error?

Hi!
As you can see in attached screenshot, your alert was returned to normal state. And now UPS should be OK.
Probably checkbox "Return-to-Normal Requires User Input" for this threshold was activated.
You should resolve your alert manually.

but this sensor is not available in the UPS sensors. i cannot uncheck "return-to-normal requires user input" because this sensor is not available.

Hi Imran,
The sensor in this case may be a threshold under "other state". If you've not created one, this may not be the issue. I would suggest doing an SNMPwalk of the device. This alarm may be available via SNMP even if it is not available in the UPS NMC UI. The event may still exist:
An SNMPwalk will tell us if the UPS believes it is in alert or not, regardless of what the UI shows.
