UPS Email notifications

Hello Team, 

I have a problem with a few of our UPS. when ever there is a power outage, all these UPS goes and down and sends out email notifications every second and they are too continuous and never stops unless or until the power comes back. Is there a way to change the time settings from continuous emails to 1 email per 30mins or 1 email per one hour?
