Hello,
I am having difficulty getting temperature values from my NetBotz 250 via SNMP Get.
I have two NetBotz 250 appliances that I've installed in a couple network closets. I want to poll the temperature and humidity data using SNMP from my monitoring solution so that I can log the history and route alerts to my team through already-established channels.
I am able to authenticate with SNMPv3 with no trouble and walk the OIDs with SNMP Walk. However, when I use SNMP Get to probe the specific OID with the temperature value I need (.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.3.13.1.1.3.1), I do not get valid data in return.
For example, if I SnmpWalk .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.3.13.1.1.3 through .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.3.13.1.2, the value for .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.3.13.1.1.3.1 = 22. However, if I SnmpGet the value .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.3.13.1.1.3.1 directly, it = 0.
This behavior is consistent across both devices.
nb250 7.0.6
aos 7.0.5
bootmon 1.0.9
Any advice is appreciated. This looks like a bad SNMP agent on the device to me.
