Hi,
We have a DCE VM server with 3000 nodes (Enterprise version), also have created a second server as DR/UAT/DEV server, which is trial mode, with no licenses.
Being that the keys are locked to a MAC address, how would someone recover a server to a new or alternate DR server?
Presume you could request for new keys from Schneider, but this is not a fast process that can be done in DR recovery process.
Only option I can think of would be to create a copy of the VM image, and restore to a new VM, as the MAC is virtual.
Thanks,
David.

You can change DR VM MAC address to match the Prod VM MAC, but only if the Prod Mac is removed or not on the network. Then re-apply your Lic Keys to the DR server.
