Hello,
I have DPXR20A-32 model Raritan rack PDUs with temperature sensors on them. We integrated those rack PDUs to DCE. We can monitor power and temperature information on DCE. When I try to see this information on Operations I get the screenshot above. I can not see the power or temperature information on Operations. How can i see that information on Operations? Is there a new DDF file for this rack PDUs? How can i use the temperature information on these PDUs for live temperature mapping?
Thanks in advance

Hello Kaan,
In general, whenever I have seen Operation not containing device information it is because the sensor types that Expert is providing to Operation have not been correctly defined. Operation is looking for a specific sensor type for power and temperature. Expert uses what APC calls a DDF, which translates SNMP OIDS to a sensor type. As a first step I would recommend contacting your local technical support for the last DDF.

Hello,
Thanks for the answer. We will try to contact multi vendor support to get an updated DDF.
