Thresholds for unplugged densors
Hello,
I can't find a way to set an alarm for an unplugged sensor.
For example, I have a PacketPower ethernet gateway connected to DCE with a temperature sensor and power monitor connected to it. If you turn off the power monitor it just comes up as unplugged in DCE. There appears to be no way to set an alarm for "unplugged". My Eagle-i boxes have the same issue, if you unplug a temperature sensor its just appears on DCE as unplugged with no warning.
There are no notifications for unplugged sensors as the system is still communicating with the end-device. I have submitted your feedback over to our product manager to consider implementing into a future version of the software.
Kind Regards,
Cory
