Hi Team ,
We deliver rPDU which type is AP8863X630 to customer , this is a three phase rPDU and the output type include 208V and 120V , but we found there is no line-line (208V) measurement either on rPDU web page
or load OID by SNMP ,
I also found MIB include this point but got value is -1 ,seems it's not writed this measurement value to OID.
I would like know if this issue is concern firmware or others? Please kindly advice ,
thank you very much .
Best Regards

Hi Chu Li Wei,
As far as I know, this is the universally recognized international standard for three-phase 3P+N+G rPDUs, and in particular for rpdu2g firmware Schneider Electric. Since these rPDUs are usually connected in Y-scheme (and not in Δ-scheme), where phase voltages and phase currents are measured relative to neutral.
Therefore, this is not a bug and no issue - this is a normal state.
By the way, you can update the firmware of your rPDU to the current version v6.4.4, but nothing will change from this and you will still see only phase to neutral voltages.
Always glad to answer your questions.
