The DCO client runs for a period of time, the client will get stuck, and it can only be restarted before it can be used normally.

Hi
Without detail information and data analysis it is hard to say what might be causing this. However, it might be related to some known issues in the previous versions. It is highly recommended to upgrade the product to latest version (currently 8.2.7).
You might also want to try reinstalling the client software and/or clear the temp files (usually located in C:\Users\<user name>\.isxo\8.*).
Hope this helps,
Kind regards

Hi
Thanks, I have also looked into your lately attached client log, seems client having "Application.start" issue. I would try the following:
check the server webmin interface Status page, to make sure the application is running
check the client connection from other workstations, if they all have the same issue or issue limited to your/this specific client.
as suggested, try reinstalling the client software (un-install first, and then download the software from server and install it) + clear the temp files before starting the client.
Kind regards
