Hi!
I´m modelling my datacenter in DCO 8.1.
I Can´t seem to find genomes for my old Symmetra PX 80KW ups:es.
Have there ever been any and been removed ?
Each UPS consists of a battery frame, UPS and a PDU.
Is there a way to get these genomes or do I have to create a custom?
Regards
Fredrik

Hi Fredrik,
I don't recall having Symmetra PX 80kW in the Genome Library. However, you might want to post a request here: http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/devices, so it can be added in a future Genome updates.
Currently, as you've mentioned, you might want to customize a similar unit from Genome Library (such as Symmetra PX 100kW).
Kind regards

Hello Fredrik,
I work for the genome team. Can you please go through the below two links and let me know which exact model you have with you, so that I can add it to the genome library at the earliest.
Or if you have any other models, please let me know those as well. I will be glad to add them.
Thank you
Thejaswi
