Symmetra PX2 - problems with sensors values in DCO 8.1.0

Hi Support Team, 

We can not read the sensor values of Symmetra PX2 (latest firmware on the NMC). It was working on using Data Center Expert 7.4.1 - not possible with Version 7.4.2 and latest 7.4.3. 

I tried on test solution - the sames. 

This leads to problems with Energy Efficiency values etc.

It seems to be a problem with DDF in Data Center Expert.

Can you clarify the exact model of the UPS and the exact version of the NMC firmware? This information is important to solve your problem.

This is an issue with the version of DCE and based on conversation with device experts, it will be fixed in the next release of DCE.

Hi, 

We are talking about Symmetra PX2 ups system, firmware of the card UPS: SFSYPX2377_390

UPS Type: SYPX160
SN: PD1134150078 

All firmware are the latest, we tested this problem with Symmetra PX from Kolding Data Center and had the same error. 

This is something with DDF's and duplicated sensors we have from DCE 742/743:
