Hi all!
I want to share the solve above the specified problem at installation of SxW Portal 1.3.7 on Windows Server 2016 Standard without GUI (early it name Core). After the finish of standard installation the Tomcat7 service for some reason wasn't started, and in its logfile there were records:
[994 prunsrv.c] [error] Failed creating java
SOLUTION:
Locate file C:\Program Files\StruxureWare Portal\tomcat-7.0.27\bin\tomcat7w.exe and run it. In the opened window on the "Java" tab it is necessary to uncheck "Use default" and to obviously specify a path to jvm.dll library, for example as in the screenshot:
After that it is necessary to start the Tomcat7 service and to be convinced, that start successful 😀.
P.S.: during installation of SxW Portal under Windows-server it is possible not to install its "Java7" component, as one more copy of Java7 is installed together with Tomcat7 on the path C:\Program Files\StruxureWare Portal\tomcat-7.0.27\jre7.
P.P.S.: SxW Portal 1.3.7 under Windows-server after all doesn't work together with actual Java8 (as at my screenshot) ☹️.
With best regards.
