Hello. Are you trying to redeem a DCE passcode for a license key?

If yes, then you will need to login to https://ecostruxure-it-entitlements.se.com/ , make sure your DCE server is registered in your base account, and then redeem your passcode for a license key.

No, it is not to redeem.

When I enter https://ecostruxure-it-entitlements.se.com/  and then support, I no longer see how to perform "Submit a request for a One Time Passcode"

The page changed, what is the new procedure?

so you want to buy a new license? If yes you need to contact Schneider representative from your country or a partner

Do you have a paper passcode which came with a purchased DCE server? If yes, then please forward us that passcode info so we can locate it and transfer it to your account in the entitlement system so it can be redeemed for a license.

If you do not have a paper passcode for a purchased DCE server, then you'll need to purchase new licenses as the previous post mentioned. We recommend when quoted you use DIGI skus so the passcodes are automatically assigned to your account and you can redeem them more quickly.

so you need to submit a ticket in order to associate the one time code to your account and registered server. As Greg posted above, try to buy DIGI sku in order to associate licenses to your account directly(sales will ask you regarding your account when you make orders)

You should be able to go to this page and change the location to your region of the world to get the contact inform for support. Most regions also support chat.

The below link is US based, change your region from this page to your appropriate region.

You will be asked to provide the one-time passcode you have so it can be transferred to your entitlement system account so it can be redeemed for a license.
