Hello,
I am trying in the DDF file to read the Modbus registers of a DSPLE0000 card from the manufacturer RedLion but I have problems with the Multibit registers,
I contacted DDF support department but received no favorable response, could someone guide me on how to create these records?
I attach the DDF so far.

Hello,
Please submit a DDF request here https://app.ecostruxureit.com/request
if you haven't already, it would be helpful to include the devices modbus register map and if available, modbus scan/walk output.

Hello @ATrabert ,
I made the request through the link but I have not received any attention from the support people.
I just have a problem with the Multibit registers, or if in your case there is a DDF that uses Modbus Multibit registers, I would appreciate the support to rely on it to update the one in DSPLE0000.

I found your original request in the support system, but see it was routed to tech support instead of the DDF team. I created a new request and sent it to the DDF support team.
Please be patient, hopefully they should reply in a few days but be aware DDF requests, even minor alterations can take 2-4 weeks. It looks like this device is a PLC/protcol converter, if it uses custom modbus registers instead of the end device's vendor provided register map, it would require a custom DDF.
This most likely will require the purchase of Asset Definition Service and you will need to provide the modbus register map you're using.
It is not supported for end users to modify DDFs on their own unless specifically directed by SE in certain scenarios. I cannot provide direction on how to make these changes yourself and do not recommend that as incorrectly editing a DDF without testing against internal tools and following specific syntax rules can cause serious problems with DCE.
