Stulz WIB 8000 delay

I had added WIB 8000 SNMP to DCE using Stulz WIB version 23 but data collected very delay (above 4h and more)

Because sensors data was delayed so that alarm cannot correct.

I also configurated Stulz Units sync time with WIB 8000 hourly but this issue still happen

How can i monitor WIB 8000 or Stulz C7000 in DCE?

Just wondering if any lost communication capture during the "inactive" time of the data logging? How many devices you are monitoring with the DCE? What version of the DCE that is currently running?

Hi, 

It's recommended to upgrade from 7.4.1 to latest version 7.8.0. Version 7.4.1 has been removed from the official upgrade path due to some issues found with the version. However, you still can upgrade to 7.4.3 and follow the update path as shown in the link below:

For alarm capture, another way is to increase the scan time for non-critical devices and decrease to scan time for the critical devices to capture important alarms. If alarms are not captured for the mentioned device (while the alarm is active), you might need to raise a request to DDF team (https://ddf.ecostruxureit.com/) to check the DDF used. Can my version be upgraded directly to version 7.8 or must I go through the middle? Dose data and license remain the same?

Yes, you can upgrade from 7.4.1 to 7.8.0, you must go through the version by version following the path. Please follow the upgrade path in the link below:

You will need a valid software support contract that covers all your purchased license node in DCE in order for you to entitle to receive the upgrade files from the support. Do ensure to perform a full backup before the upgrade.
