Hi,
I am trying to install StruxureWare portal 1.3.5 to test the dashboard requirement for a client on Windows 7 professional.
After finishing installation I am not seeing the PostgreSQL services listed in windows Services? So I could start them and then I start the StruxureWare Portal services.
Also pgAdmin III is empty and has no server details.
I am having Symantec End point protection running in my PC. Is that blocking the services?
Please if someone suggest troubleshooting steps.
Thanks & Regards
Shemil

Hi shemilusman,
In that case, it is necessary to make sure that on the personal computer or server one more postgresql session isn't started. If postgresql service already works at the personal computer or server, then at SxW Portal installation process, its native postgresql-9.1 service and software won't be installed.
Besides, it is desirable to use actual version of SxW Portal 1.3.6 from StruxureWare Portal.
With best regards.
