Hello!
After an upgrade from 7.2.7 to 7.3.1 I had all sensors from my SNMP devices "unplugged"
Until I find the solution, I wanted to rollback to DCE 7.2.7
I reinstalled a new 7.2.7 from the .ova , set the same ip adress and mac adress. I can see the backup, launch the restore, but the server restard very fastly and stay at the same state.
In the logs i found this :
LOG: Begin restore 08-02-2016 11:49:50
LOG: Updating VirtualBot GUID: action=config dataDir=/data/mount/restore 08-02-2016 11:49:50
ERROR: servermac property is missing from /data/mount/restore/backup.properties 08-02-2016 11:49:50
ERROR: Failed to update the virtual bot GUID references in the DB 08-02-2016 11:49:50
LOG: Rebooting the server 08-02-2016 11:49:50
but no issue with my backup.properties!
Any idea?
Thanks a lot!
Regards
Florian

Florian
Can you open the backup.properties and post the content here?
It seems you are using config backup, as well as missing mac address in the backup properties.
(I removed some of the mac address)
A sample backup.properties looks like below.

Hello Christopherus,
The backup.properties has clearly no issues
I finnaly did a reboot and entered again the backup location details manually and it finally worked.
I have no idea why the backup was not restored completly before.
I now have to close this case....
Thank you anyway for your reply!
Regards,
Florian
