I have installed 3 smoke sensor NBES0307 with rack monitor 570. Data center expert version is 7.41.
Two smoke sensors are showing into advance view software. But one sensor is not showing into advance view software. When we have generated the alarm on smoke sensor it gives the error on Advance view .But not shows this alarm on DCE active alarm window.(if we check under view device sensor it shows the alarm).

Dear Shoaib Maqsood,
This is a known limitation on the number of smoke detectors connected to a single sensorpod. See, for example, the answers in topics and :
When it comes to integrating our Netbotz smoke sensors (NBES0307) to the Netbotz 570, the limit is 2 per pod. The main unit and integrated pod will only see two but once another sensor pod is added and externally powered, you can then add 2 more. The limit is based on the sensor pod limit.
That is, you need to buy and connect an additional sensorpod to see all your 3 smoke detectors.
With respect.
