Hi there. In DCO is it possible to setup an rack-mounted APC Smart-UPS X 750 with a power path and devices connected to it. I would also want to associate it to its corresponding device in DCE. The current Smart-UPS X 750 Genomes in DCO don't appear to have a power option. Thanks - Warren.

Hi Warren,
Currently modelling rack-mounted UPS (concerning the power path) in DCO is not supported. As a sort of work-around we might use/customize a floor standing UPS unit, resize it and place it near the rack.
Kind regards

Hi Jef - I tried to do this using a generic single phase UPS and PDU. The only issue is that I cannot associate the Smart UPS 750 to the UPS or PDU for monitoring purposes. Do you have any Genome suggestions that may work?

Hi Warren,
I could find a similar Smart UPS 750 in our data center (monitored by DCE) and could easily associate it to a UPS or PDU model in DCO:
Are you getting error messages?
Perhaps (only guessing) might be caused by some "old" data in client temp folder. So you might want to try: close the client, and then rename the following folder: C:\Users\<user name>\.isxo\8.2.12* (to 8.2.12_old). And start the client, (then the client temp files will be updated), see if that helps?
Otherwise I would need to ask for more details, thanks.
Kind regards
