Simulated Impact of Cooling Failure - Temperature calculations

A few days ago a client asked me where the temperature measurements were taken in the simulation of impacts.

I could not give a certain answer

More specifically what I attach in the image

The documentation does not make this topic clear, could someone tell me what the calculations are?

Capture Index itself is from write up in ASHRAE

How that exactly work, well that's a different question , I leave it to the community with more indepth mechanical/cooling knowledge 😀
