Hi All,

How do i obtain the struxureware DCE and DCO passwords to the server.

They were not handed over when i joined the team. How do i go about this as it has been a concern since the time we observed that the server froze

Hopefully your organization would be able to find/provide the credentials you need, otherwise here are the guides you might need:

For DCE,

Resetting the web interface and desktop administrator password is described here:

For DCO,

Instructions for resetting user password on the DCO server is described here:
https://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/display/UADCO8x/Resetting+user+password+on+the+DCO+server

For the DCO application, ask one of DCO users (with admin rights) to create a login for you.
