Hi support.
Explain, please, why "StruxureOn Monthly Report" is sent only to customers of StruxureOn GW, and to customers of DCE with the enabled option "StruxureOn Digital Service" it isn't sent? I, for example, have two sites and for one (with StruxureOn GW) the monthly report sending, and for another (with DCE-7.4.1) isn't sent.

P.S.: "Open support ticket" from help.se-dmaas.com it is impossible to submit for the unclear reasons for me (see a my screenshot).

This topic can be considered closed/solved, since it was relevant only for the testing period of the StruxureOn digital service, i.e. before January 1, 2017.

Hi spezialist,
As Stine Hansenwrote, we send a monthly report regardless of how you are connected to StruxureOn. We've checked our logs for the November reports (which were sent early December), and it appears both reports (for both your DCE and your Gateway) have been sent out without issues.
Please check your spam folder, and also whether or not any of the other users registered on your DCE have received their report.
If needed, we can resend the report to your manually.

And nevertheless, for the test site "This is only TEST2!" (DCE-7.4.1) the monthly report was never sent. And here for the test site "This is only WinGW TEST!" (StruxureOn GW) the monthly report is successfully sent the second month (for October and November). On both sites there are users with the corresponding e-mails, which I can privately publish for check.

I checked working of "Open support ticket" quite recently, but unfortunately for me doesn't work. You can explain why? Really only because I am not in the supported country?
