HI Sven!
ISX Manager is not supported anymore. That's why you cant download any files.
It's recommended to migrate to DataCenter Expert server from ISX Manager.

hi Valentin Kozlov,
thank you for this information. Is there a documentation to upgrade ISX to DCE?
Is there a special license for upgrading Systems?
Thank You

HI Sven! I'm not sure, you should ask your sales guys about commercial side of migration. There are no special licenses, you should deploy DCE server and use migration procedure described here: InfraStruxure Manager Migration Utility Overview
