I am not getting stuck as you do, do you allow javascript to run in your browser or are you getting any errors in the console so that I can investigate the issue?
Nonetheless, in order to download the DDF file for this device, please navigate to http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/devices, search for "510" (without the quotes), expand the "Files to Download" and click Download for the Com X 510 device. See screenshot as well
