SRT5KRM "Backfeed Relay Alarm exists" .

Dear Members,

              I have installed SRT5KRM UPS on 24 Different sites. Some times a UPS (out of these 24)  gives a critical alarm of "Backfeed relay alarm exists" . In addition to this UPS turns off the connected load which is undesirable. Kindly Guide why this alarm appears & whats it's remedy.
