SDCE Client on Windows 2012 R2 Remote Desktop Server - Unable to Start
We are unable to get the DCE client to execute on our Remote Desktop Server, even by users with admin rights all users get the following;
Invalid Configuration Location
The configuration area at 'C:\Users\[Username]\.isxc\7.9.2\configuration' is not writable. Please choose a writable location using the '-configuration' command line option.
Troubleshooting steps already taken;
There is plenty of free disk space on C:\
Using the '-configuration' parameter to point at another location gives the exact same message as above just to the new path.
Server was put into 'Change User /Install' mode.
Are there any special considerations or permissions needed to run DCE in a Remote Desktop Server environment?

For anyone else that may come across this issue we believe we have found the problem. There is a version of the Oracle Java Runtime Environment already on server where we have installed the DCE Full Client.
Seems that the behaviour of DCE Client is that if you have no Java Runtime environment at all that it copies files from it's own installation path (probably from within .jar Libraries?) BUT if you have another Runtime it tries to source these files from there and fails given version 7.9.2 uses OpenJDK Java version: Adoptium 8u345b01
