My organization is adopting Microsoft SCOM 2016 and will probably upgrade to SCOM 2019. We are planning to adopt DCE, also. The latest version of the management pack that I can find is for SCOM 2012 R2. Is there a more up-to-date version?

Dear Jim McBee,
As far as I know, further SCOM integration support for DCE software is discontinued and is no longer supported. See, for example, similar topics about this:
I.e:
Now integration from SCOM isn't supported by DCE system and in the near foreseeable future of such plans (on integration) isn't expected.
With respect.

Darn. Thanks for verifying that, though. Do you know of any products similar to DCE that do support SCOM? Fortunately we are at a point in our modernization efforts that we are not committed to a specific data center product yet. I'm not a data center expert by any means. I looked at Sunbird and it seems like a great system, but it also appears to be intended to function as a standalone environment.
My management is looking for that elusive single-pane-of-glass to provide to our executives and watch centers that polls and summarizes input from various IT monitoring platforms. We have 23 on-premises data centers world-wide and they want the data center view to be part of that "pane". As well as having data available to perform analytics about data center performance.

Dear Jim McBee,
In this case, you might be interested in the =SE= DCE + DCO solution?
That is, DCE software deals with monitoring and collecting initial raw information from your DC's. And separate DCO software will be engaged in the consolidation of the initial raw information received from the DCE and its transfer to MS SCOM (support is guaranteed).
More details about DCO software can be found at resource User Assistance for StruxureWare Data Center Operation 8.
In addition, I advise you to watch a few explanatory videos on the resource Video Tutorials. This will help you understand the purpose of this software.
Hope this helps you.
With respect.
