Hello dear,

I have installed 5 door sensor. 2 door sensors are generateing  reports. Remaining 3 sensors are not generating reports.

Hi Shoaib, can you please elaborate with screen shots if you are not able to generate reports for more than 2 sensors?

Are you able to view all five door sensors under device-view device sensors? Can you please share the screen shots of the view device sensors to confirm if you are able to view five door sensors and reports view on the issue? 

If the door sensors are connected to different Netbotz appliances, then make sure to select all those devices to have the door sensors for report generation. Can you also provide your door sensor appliance details? Is it connected a single appliance? Are all the sensors showing under UI? etc.,
