Dear all,
Before we look at implementing StruxureOn, I would like to check how many alerts have been generated over the past 12 months to ensure our smartphones aren't flooded with notifications.
Is it possible to run a report in DCE to display all historic alerts?
Thanks,
Scott

Dear Scott,
Here is the procedure to view the Past history alarms view of the device(s) or Group of devices(s).
Step 1: Select the device for which you would like to download the Alarm History
Step 2: Select the period and then click on Search
Step 3: All the alarms history for the device will be shown in the box. And then click on the folder option as shown below and select CSV to export the History of the Alarms.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Bala

Hi scott.sexton,
It seems to me, you in vain worry about it 😀. Here quite good FAQ "Using the app", which was once placed on https://struxureon.com/ last year at the very beginning of testing SxOn Service:
Q: Why can't I sign in?
A: Not receiving a text message with your code? Could you have made a typo entering the phone number? Try again. Make sure you’re registered in the Gateway with the correct phone number. Wait a few seconds. The code may be on its way. Delivery speed and availability may vary by location and service provider. Try using your phone’s cell data connection instead of wifi hotspot. Some wifi networks unfortunately block the one-time passcode.
Q: Can I customize which alarms StruxureOn reacts on?
A: StruxureOn will only react on critical alarms. There are default settings for criticality on most devices but if you want to decide which alarms are critical, you can customize thresholds on the Gateway. The same thing applies if you are connecting through Data Center Expert.
Q: When will the Schneider Service Bureau call me?
A: The Schneider Service Bureau will only call you in case there’s a critical incident on one of your premium devices.
Q: My device only sends warning alerts on a sensor. I want this as critical event. How do I change this?
A: You can change the alert level from warning to critical on the network management card of the device or you can create a critical threshold on the sensor in the StruxureOn Gateway or in Data Center Expert.
Q: I have 10 critical alarms, but StruxureOn only created one incident. Why?
A: StruxureOn merges several alerts into one single incident so you wont be bothered with repetitive or irrelevant notifications. The Service Bureau will only call you if there is a critical event.
Q: Why didn't I get a push notification on my smartphone?
A: Make sure you have allowed the app to send notifications in the settings on your smartphone. Push notifications will only be sent when incidents are created on critical alerts. No push notifications will be sent for warning alerts. You can manage which notifications you’d like to receive in the app under Settings > Notifications.
Q: What happens if I forget to report on/off duty?
A: Remember to toggle on/off duty according to your current status to help Schneider Electric Service Bureau agents reach out to staff actually on duty. If you forget to report off duty, you may get a call inconveniently in your spare time from the Schneider Electric Service Bureau agents or your colleagues.
It seems to me, you will easily find the answer to the question concerning you.
Besides, I test SxOn Service still from the very beginning last year and I can practically confirm, that you in vain worry about it.
With best regards.
