When DCO was first installed. we owned licenses for IT optimize, but they have since expired and we need to remove it from the system because it is also out of rack licenses. What are the steps that I need to remove ITO, without causing issues with the rest of my solutions?
Thank you

Hi Peter,
I would try:
1- as usual before doing any major changes it is highly recommended to take a fresh backup!
2- via desktop client, go to System Setup > External Systems Configuration, and then delete the ITO server. That should also remove the possible device associations.
3- via web-client, go to Administration > Licenses, and then remove/delete the expired/selected IT Optimize license key(s).
Kind regards
