My DCE shows new firmware available for my UPS and PDUs and says "Refer to apc.com for additional release note information". I know this isn't strictly a DCE question but I figured I'd ask anyway - does anyone know where to find the release notes on the apc.com site?

Hi Dominic Brasted
They will be on the product page, for example release notes for NMC2 firmware can be found on the NMC2 page, normal they are under the user guide section.

I knew it had to be a fairly obvious place. Thank you very much.

Dear GavOB,
Thank you for your support, but where can I find it on the official =SE= website? I couldn't find it, for example by specifying my rPDU AP8881 model in the search...
With respect.

Hi spezialist
There is release note for some firmware versions on the AP8881 page but the 6.8 version is not there, they can be slow to update every product but if you search for the product range instead of the product they can be found.
Using your example firmware 6.8.0 is for all Gen2 Rack PDUs not just the AP8881.

Dear GavOB,
From your comments:
...Using your example firmware 6.8.0 is for all Gen2 Rack PDUs not just the AP8881.
Unfortunately, your recommendations do not work for me ☹️. Below is an example of how I do a search:
As you can clearly see from the example, I could not find the latest firmware version 6.8.0 for rPDU.
Can you give an example how you do such a search?
With respect.

For the release note I just typed AP8xxx; AP7xxxB and searched the se.com.

Ok, I get it: the important clarification is that the search should be done not at www.apc.com, but at www.se.com 😀.
Thank you for the tip.
With respect.
