Raritan PDU web page "failed to connect" from DCE
I can't access the web page of a Raritan PDU PX3-187A-E2M1V2 from the DCE, it's accessible from the browser but can't be opened from the DCE neither from the internal browser or in an external browser navigation.
It's always showing Failed to connect no matter which protocol I'm using HTTP or HTTPS.
You could confirm this by connecting a laptop to the private lan of DCE and trying to launch to the device
From the kbase
There is a proxy server within StruxureWare that allows for the launching to devices on the private LAN. This proxy and related network configuration does not allow for the downloading of Java Applets or Active-X controls.
Any private LAN device that requires the web page to download a Java Applet to be properly viewed can not be launched on a computer on the public LAN. To be able to launch to the device and view it's web page properly, the system launching to the device must be on the same LAN as the device itself.
