Hi!
My customer has today an old UPS unit Galaxy 300 10KVA with the network card AP9630CH , now they want to replace this unit with a new UPS EASY S 10KVA with the network card AP9547, they use today PowerChut and ask us now if the new unit is compatible regarding PowerChut with the old unit ?

Hello Magnus
The AP9630CH and the AP9547 are both compatible with PowerChute Network Shutdown, so the change in unit and Network management card should not cause any need to change the PowerChute software in use.
Apart from going through the initial configuration of the software, to ensure that it is communicating with the correct NMC.
Best regards,
Tonny
