Hello everyone,
I am new on EcoStruxure and I would like to ask about email alerting when power is restored.
I have set a few alarm notifications and chose the categories "Infrastructure","Power" and "Uncategorized" but only receiving alerts when for example the UPS goes on battery mode but not when the power has been restored.
How can this be happen?

Finally I found out that during the alarm configuration If I check the "Also notify when alarms clear" under the recipient's email address the clear state notification is coming.So I am closing this thread.

Hi @Zacharias,
Check your profile in IT Expert to see if you have set your preferences to receive clearing alarms.
Click the profile icon, and then select Notifications. Check the box to receive clearing alarms and save.

Hi Jacqueline,
Thank you for your fast response.
I followed your instructions but still the same.I am only receiving alerts generated by errors but no email indicating that the error has been cleared and no longer exists.
Some error examples are:
Device Communication Alert,Low Battery,Discharged Battery,UPS On BatteryPower Failure,UPS Low Batter,etc.
No email ie "power restored" yet.
This exists from both eco smart and devices with management card installed(connected to the cloud through the IT Gateway).
Any other suggestion please?
