Hi,
We have problems with the graphs in the DCE, which present readings in four AA Uniflair with peaks and valleys.
We were recommended to update it to version 7.6.0 but it is still presenting the same problem.
What can we do about it?
Thanks for the support.

Dear Fabio Díaz,
Illustrate your problem with a couple of screenshots, please. And then they will help you better and faster 😀.
With respect.

As said above, screenshots would be helpful.
But also be aware that DCE v7.6 is about 15 months old and four versions behind the current version of DCE, which is v7.8.
If you have a support contract you can contact your local support line and they will provide you with the upgrade links.

It's okay,
I precede with the updates.
I hope version 7.8.0 will solve it since 7.6.0 did not.
Thank you.
Regards.

The other thing you may want to check is the information coming from the Uniflair is correct.
It is possible it may be an issue with the sensor itself and not the DCE.

Correct, we have already considered it.
The strange thing is that it is happening to us with 4 Uniflair.
