PME - Database ION_Data primary filegroup is full

Good day all.

Please assist. I am receiving this error;

Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.EventLog2'.'IX_EventLog2_SourceID_TimestampUTC_include_EffectValueID' in database 'ION_Data' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup,

I am able to login to PME via web browser, but not receiving any updated information on the Dashboard Tab.

Please assist
