Hi, we have been testing a ModBus DDF for the Shneider PM8000 power meter, but we have some issues:
Monitoring view
1 No Location data
2 No serial Number
3 No MAC address
4 Incorrect label
Sensors
1 No THD or harmonics sensors
2 No power demand sensors
It's possible to fix them?
Thanks in advance

Hi Sergio,
i can can comment on some of this. Mac and serial number are not usually something output by the device. MAC address usually due to the fact that gateways are often used and serial number simply because the device doesn't usually output it. Location data is similar and if the device does not have a register for it, we can't output it. These can always be added manually.
Can you provide more info on the label? Exactly how is it incorrect? What do you see and what do you believe you should be seeing?
As as for the sensors, are they available registers? If so, I believe the DDF team can respond to that.
Thanks,
Steve

Just an FYI, register map is here:
http://www.schneider-electric.com/cn/en/download/document/PM8000_Modbus_Map
Serial number, mac address, and location all show as N/A for registers.
As noted previously, I think you need to manually configure these. You'd want to create a custom property for each device.
