Dear Eitan Nachman,
The fact is that SNMP devices have two names: DNS device name (host name) and SNMP device name (system name). Usually, these two names are different.
I suspect you have changed the DNS device name (can you show a screenshot where you changed PDU's name)? In this case, it may take up to 24 hours while in DCE software you see the new PDU's DNS device name.
If you change the SNMP device name, then a new SNMP device name would appear immediately in DCE software.
To change SNMP device name (system name) for APC rpdu2g with 6.x.x aos firmware from web-GUI, go to the Configuration -> General -> Identification:
And enter a new system name or simply turn on the Host Name Synchronization checkbox. According to the PDU's help:
Host Name SynchronizationAllow the host name to be synchronized with the system name so both fields automatically contain the same value. NOTE: When enabling this feature, the system name identifier can no longer contain a space character (since it will be synchronized to the host name field).NameThe name to assign to the device. This value is used by the sysName OID in the Management Card's SNMP agent, by APC Remote Monitoring Service, and by InfraStruXure Central.ContactThe contact person responsible for the maintenance of the device. This value is used by the sysContact OID in the SNMP agent and by InfraStruXure Central.LocationThe physical location of the device. This value is used by the sysLocation OID in the SNMP agent, by APC Remote Monitoring Service, and by InfraStruXure Central.
System MessageWhen defined, a custom message will appear on the log on screen for all users.
Check it out, please.
With respect.

Dear Eitan Nachman,
Please tell us the model and type of your PDU's.
In addition, please show a screenshot of where and how you changed the name of the PDU's (this is important).
With respect.

Dear Eitan Nachman,
Double check the Map Label Settings:
What do you have there configured: Label or Hostname?
With respect.
