Hi Everyone,
I am getting constant alerts from my Data center Expert version 7.6.0.
The error is "Output Current - Neutral - value too high - 12.2 A"
In the power distribution alarm setup, I can only see an 80% value for high neutral current.
Does anyone know where to change the threshold for the 12.0 A sensor value.
Thank you in advance.

Hi @Anonymous user,
I know it has been some time since this post was created, but wanted to get a response out there in case other came across a similar issue.
This threshold is likely a custom threshold within Data Center Expert. You can verify if an alarm is a custom threshold or coming from a device by going to the Monitoring section of DCE, selecting the device within the Device View pane, and navigating into the Active Alarms pane.
Within there right-click on the alarm and go to Edit Alarm Configuration > This instance. This method of editing the threshold will only work while the alarm is active. If the option to Edit Alarm Configuration > This instance is grayed out, then it is an alarm coming from the device and the configuration change would need to be done on the device.
If the alarm is no longer active, you can navigate into the Alarm Configuration view, select the device within the Navigation Pane, then click into the Threshold Alarm Configurations pane to the right. There likely will be a custom threshold there can be double-clicked to edit or right-click and select Edit Threshold.
Regards,
Cory
