Hi Chu Li,
I guess you might also have seen this error notification (during the process):
saying that "There seems to be an error with the DDF for one of the selected device,....":
I have seen this before, cause of the issue is seemingly due to some sensor parameters not being reported correctly to DCO (from DCE).
One of the next version of DCE (most likely next release, but no promises at the moment) expected to contain enhancements that should resolve this issue.
Kind regards

Update
Hi Chu Li (Chu Li Wei) & Valentin (Valentin Kozlov),
It seems this is resolved in recently release version of DCE (DCE 7.5).
You might want to upgrade to DCE 7.5 (if not done already), thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Chu Li!
I have the same issue with Symmetra PX160 and Symmetra PX500 UPS.
I've workaround this issue by creating virtual sensors for Total Input Power and use these values at DCO side for PUE calculation.
Hope this help.
