Not able to plot sensor data in ITE
In ITE under the device view, if I select 50 devices and 1 sensor on each device as an example, then try to plot the data - I just get an ambiguous "an error has occurred" message. I assume this is coming from the ITE side since this data isn't stored on the gateway but we rebooted our gateway server anyway, which changed nothing. Is there any indication why this is happening?
I don't have enough devices to replicate this with, but in cases such as this I would recommend opening up a support ticket for assistance. Just to provide them with some additional details as well, try to run the plot of sensor data with fewer devices to see if there is a point at which the error starts.
Kind Regards,
Cory
