Hi,
We have a Netbotz 755 and a T/H sensor NBWS100H. It gave a low battery notification and after the battery was replaced it is no longer connecting to the Netbotz. I have tried to find it again, I have tried to power cycle both of them.

Hi @ReiTumber,
After replacing the battery, what is the LED on the wireless sensor doing? Description of the LED activity can be found in the Installation and Configuration guide found on the product page for the NBWS100H: https://www.apc.com/us/en/product/NBWS100H/netbotz-wireless-temperature-humidity-sensor/
I also recommend ensuring that the NetBotz 755 firmware is up-to-date. The most recent version (as of writing this reply) is 5.3.5: https://www.apc.com/us/en/product/NBWL0755/netbotz-room-monitor-755/
Kind Regards,
Cory
