I setup my netbotz 750
in the webUI I saw it nicely but then is just said disconnected I thought I could delete it and read it but after deleting it it not longer shows up even after resetting to factory default
what else can I do?

Hello @Holiel,
I am unable to tell from your post what exactly you deleted from the NetBotz 750. I understand that this action led to you needing to perform a factory reset and that what was deleted still isn't there. Can you provide additional details on what was deleted that led to the needing to do a factory reset?

Hi
In the WebUI I saw a window labeled interface that inside was all the sensors that are connected. Everything there showed disconnected so thought deleting it then reading it but I cannot, speaking of the appliance itself

Hello @Holiel,
If something does not appear to show correctly, can you provide a screen capture of the current interface along with details of any sensors/pods that are connected to the appliance and what ports they are connected to?
If the integrated sensor pod was disconnected (likely a failure of major firmware issue), then you may be able to remove it from the interface and it may not show back up even after a reboot if the pod has failed. If this is the case, I would recommend reaching out to technical support to look into further troubleshooting of the unit.
