I have a customer who wishes to manage a number of remote unmanned sites of which each contain a Netbotz 750 with rack access controls installed. They have a central DCE server and want to use this to manage the NB750's rack access, both manually unlocking and locking racks. Also to be able to remotely add/remove card registrations to each rack remotely.
I have read a previous post from 2020 Steve M that stated that this feature had not been implemented yet. Is this still the case?
Does DCE support rack access control for the Netbotz 750 yet? If so what are the requirements? NB version, DCE version, DDF version?
Also can the access cards be added/removed to the NB75 via the web interface manually or must they be read by the handle directly to register them?
Jim

Hi @sesa377040_brid ,
If you're at the most recent DCE and NetBotz 5.x, this should now work. I am not sure at what revision this was resolved but you can control the door(s) from DCE and you can push a config. (most specifically the NetBotz.)
The config for the doors is dynamic so make sure you have door 1 if you're pushing info for door 1.
