I recommend reaching out to technical support so that they can gather additional information from you and check with our security/engineering teams about the specific vulnerability that your scan may be showing. I recommend that you provide a copy of the security scan, scanning tool used, and the specific CVEs (if not outlined in the security scan report). Also provide the specific information for your 750 such as firmware version and serial number so that they can provide assistance quicker.
The next version of NetBotz 750 firmware is expected soon (current release is 5.3.5), so if you provide information, they should be able to provide you with some details. If you are not on the most current release (5.3.5) I recommend upgrading the firmware first and running the security scan again.
