Netbotz 750 firmware failure bricking device
To all,
We tried to update a Netbotz 750 from version 5.2.2 to 5.3.4 using the Web UI. The upgrade proceeded to the 100% stage and got stuck there for 3 hours. This was done using a local network for connectivity. The appliance never came back online. It is now bricked. We unplugged and restarted the device a few times after that, but its a no go. The Netbotz 750 does provide an IP address on the router, but it cannot be access via the Web UI or from the console port using Putty. All we can get from any browser is an HTTP error 503 service unavailable with Jetty://9.4.43.v20210629. Access from Putty does not even get a ping response. The reset button does not do anything, we can't log into either the UI or the console port with Putty. Any ideas? Has the Netbotz been bricked and rendered into a useless device?

Very common with Netbotz 750. There is a procedure but need putty. But even you succeed to reboot the Netboz, the problem will occur in 3 weeks again..., we are obliged to reboot the Netbotz every 3 weeks and the Schneider Technical support don't know how to solve the problem...Good Luck
