Hi,
We enabled icmp (ping command) in the firewall between Netbotz750 and DCE 7.8.0 and it worked.

Hi @shemil_usman ,
Has the appliance been reset to defaults? Initial runs of the 750s came with older firmware that when upgraded, you also needed to reset the device to defaults. If this is not done, there may be all sorts of strange issues.
Have you tried logging in with putty to verify the root user name and password? You might even try something like winscp to make sure you can get into the bot using scp:
As for seeing sensors, that's normal and not really applicable.
The DDF that DCE is trying to download has nothing to do with the sensors. The sensor DDFs are either pre-loaded on the system or manually added. They're called Scanner DDFs. The DDF that is downloaded from an APC device is used to add or update the information in the alarms page. It's called an essential alerts DDF as opposed to a scanner DDF.

Hi @APC_Steve ,
The Netbotz-750 came pre-configured with our Pre-fab Container Data Center with initial firmware 5.2.0. After upgrade to 5.2.26 I did not reset the device to defaults because I was afraid of getting communication lost with POD-170's (as per my previous project experience with 750 and the Access POD's) and also we have many relay connections configured from fire panels, ATS etc.
So I don't want to re-configure them because its a critical site.
Now what I see here is that the Netbotz750 on its own is working fine and also POD-170's and POD-150 are working well. Issue is that the DDF file is not getting transferred and failing and getting Critical alert in DCE 7.8.0.
I did log in using putty and verified the root user name and password (same is added in DCE 7.8.0)
I need to try the winscp and update you.
Thanks & Regards
Shemil

Hi. Did anyone have luck with the resolution of this issue. I have tried all that has been mentioned above without success. There is no firewall between the DCE and the Netbotz. I can ping the Netbotz IP address alright
