We are looking at utilizing AD/LDAP with the Netbotz 750 for rack access.
It isnt clear to us how this will work, if we enable AD access does that mean we can managed the RFID attribute in AD instead of managing the swipe cards locally with the netbotz?

Hello @adamhinchliff,
There are no required parameters or configuration that needs done within the AD/LDAP side. The AD/LDAP user gets searched for and assigned to a specific card on the NetBotz side. The card then needs to be assigned to doors within the NetBotz rack access configuration. When the user swipes the card, a "does this user still exist in AD/LDAP check" is done against the AD/LDAP server to ensure that the user still exists. If the user exists, then access will be granted based on the configuration. If the user does not exist then access will be denied.
Check the "Register a Proximity Card" section of the users guide for additional information, such as when AD/LDAP becomes unavailable or the user is not deleted from the server.
Kind Regards,
Cory
