Subject title says it all really, updated the firmware on Netbotz 750 to 5.2.2 and now the following message appears in Data Centre Expert 'This device is running an unsupported firmware version....'. Data Centre Expert is running 7.8.0. Any ideas how to resolve this? The old Netbotz 750 firmware 5.2.0 seemed to work fine.
Thanks in advance

Hi Martin,
There is a few things that can cause this, the first things I'd check are:
Confirm the bot's superuser credentials have not been entered incorrectly in the DCE,
Confirm there is nothing blocking or interfering with ping, SNMP or SCP between the bot and the DCE,
If the bot is added as SNMPv1 can you check the same issue exists on SNMPv3 or the other way around?
